    It all started in 1992 when I recieved my father in-laws wine making kit and a few bottles of wine. for years I tried anything I thought might be good to drink, every new season improving and perfecting the kinds of wines I like. Developing flavors and Learning of new methods and afew from ancient times 

So I hope you enjoy my style

In 2007 the name was changed from
Best Winery to Black Cat Winery.
I begain taking the next step to make more than a few gallons at a time, went from the closet to the shed, from the shed to the garage. and a dream to keep building and growing.

UPDATE :  2010.  well things could be worse, so I am still happy, but  the winery is on hold due to funding, and my personal economic situation. this is a very exspensive thing to get into and for a poor guy like me it aint easy, maybe never will, I have learned one thing,  everyperson should own their own business or at least try, then after dealing with the government you will understand why our economy is such a mess and things dont look very good for the future either, then ...just maybe , we would throw off our backs this plague called the federal government  that is choking the life blood out of its citizens.
